What it means: The cooktop is locked. You can usually fix this yourself.

- Press and hold OFF for 6 seconds to unlock.

## F1

What it means: Shorted key pad. This one often needs a licensed technician.

### What to try

- If it was installed within the past 30 days, refer back to your installer.
- For units installed after 30 days, schedule service.

## F10

What it means: Thermal runaway. This one often needs a licensed technician.

### What to try

- Remove and reinsert the probe.
- If it was installed within the past 30 days, refer back to your installer.
- For units installed after 30 days, schedule service.

## F90 / F91 / F92 / F93 / F94

What it means: Door lock error. This one often needs a licensed technician.

### What to try

- If installed in the last 30 days, contact your installer.
- Otherwise schedule service.
