What this permit usually covers
Replacing the sewer pipe from the house to the street main. Usually the new lateral pipe and cleanouts the inspector checks. Street or sidewalk repair and city connection fees are often separate.
How we plan to count it
Permits will be matched by keywords in the permit description (SEWER LATERAL, SEWER LINE). We have not run this count yet.
