What this permit usually covers
Replacing exterior siding or stucco. Usually removing old siding and installing new siding and weather barrier. Painting, window trim upgrades and dry rot repair are often priced separately.
How we plan to count it
Permits will be matched by keywords in the permit description (SIDING, STUCCO). We have not run this count yet.
